Early 20th century Smiths Astral [Great Britain] shipboard brass, 8 day clock, circa 1930. A painted brass case with inset beveled glass panel that reveals a Silvertone clock face with black enamel Roman numerals and red enamel Arabic numeral seconds. Three hands including hour, minute and second hand. The clock is intact, and working having been recently serviced and over-hauled. There is a key. The catch on the glass door is damaged though does not diminish the overall appearance of this fine nautical clock.

Measures: 25.5 cm x diameter x 10cm depth.
